The Department
As a member of our Tech Department, you will be providing crucial support for all of our departments. Whether it is scanning and sending important documents for the Administrative Department, collecting valuable data for our Customer Sales Representatives, or acting as a communication bridge between our off-site techs and the rest of the company, our Data Entry Professionals are an indispensable part of our team and our success.
The Job
We are currently seeking Data Entry Professionals to work in-house, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. As a Data Entry Professional for Ideal Positions, your responsibilities include entering keywords and other information into various online marketing tools and databases, collecting data, solving problems related to that data, communicating between the Tech Department and other departments, scanning and sending important documents to our off-site techs, and assisting with keyword research and pricing.

Paid time off accrual begins after 12 continous months of employment. Data Entry Professionals start at $8.50/hr. and there is potential for growth and advancement for those who demonstrate a high level of efficiency and excel at their work.
The Ideal Candidate
What makes a great Data Entry Professional? A high level of attention to detail is key, as are fast and accurate typing and data entry skills and strong multi-tasking abilities. A Data Entry Professional should be able to work well independently and with others. Coordinating and collaborating with team members is necessary for a smooth and efficient workday.
Having previous data entry experience is certainly a plus, but is not required. A willingness to learn and be trained for success are the traits we are looking for in all of our potential Data Entry Professionals.
