The Department

Our Customer Service Department is an active and dynamic team of people pushing and supporting each other to be the best Customer Service Representatives possible. Every day the Vice President, the Senior Sales Manager, and the Assistant Sales Manager are on the floor encouraging Customer Service Representatives. The entire administrative and technical staff works closely with our customer service team to provide support and help all of our team members succeed. An Administrative Assistant will be personally assisting you with client faxes and emails, staying organized, and anything else you need help with so that your time is dedicated to what you do best: contacting and communicating with clients over the phone.

The Job

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in-house, 35+ hours a week, Monday through Friday. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include calling businesses from all over the country and from all different types of industries, acquiring new accounts from these businesses, and providing fast and friendly customer service to all of your clients.

Paid time off accrual begins after 12 continous months of employment. In addition to hourly wages, Customer Service Representatives earn commissions on all of their sales, and there is no cap on the amount that can be made! The earning potential of a Customer Service Representative is limited only by their own ambitions. The Ideal Candidate

What makes a great Customer Service Representative? Strong verbal communication skills are crucial, as is the patience for working over the phone with existing and potential clients. Having previous sales experience is certainly a plus, but is not required.
