As an Ideal Positions' SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Department Team Member, Rose focuses on initiating website placement for new clients, and fulfilling requested changes and updates for current clients on Yahoo, Google, and bing. She also spends much of her day monitoring client accounts in the search engine interfaces to ensure our clients remain in top positions, and that those positions are cost-effective. Her five years of experience working in the search engine interfaces have given her the tools and intuition required for effective trouble-shooting and staging of clients' marketing campaigns. As the former (and original) Office Manager of Ideal Positions, Rose has a balanced appreciation for the three IP branches that must work together well to create unparalleled customer service: The Tech/Web Development Dept., the Administrative Dept., and the Customer Service Dept. She is an accomplished company veteran who has stood solidly and confidently through the company's many changes as it climbs the ladder of progress in an ever changing industry. Rose now works remotely from a small seaside town in northern California, and she is prone to (surprise!) main office visits

How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?

I am extremely organized and pay close attention to detail. It is important to me to provide the level of service I would want if I were the client. I want the ad we place for each client to be the best one on the page so I am always trying to think outside the box to make our ads engaging and unique.

What motivates you at work?

I've always been motivated by the desire to do a good job. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal satisfaction and for my employer. I enjoy organizing and creating systems that work and helping others to implement them.

Why do you enjoy working at Ideal Positions?

I want to make a meaningful contribution to the development and growth of this company as well as our clients' companies. My position is continually teaching me and giving me a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. At the end of the day I want to feel like I have made a difference, whether it's for my family, my community or the company I work for. I get all three from working at Ideal Positions.

Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?

I love my family! My husband and son inspire me to be great and do great things. I enjoy gardening, knitting, sewing, and being active in the outdoors.

State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?

I want to live each day to the fullest and take nothing for granted. I would love to start an online business selling eco-friendly children's products.
