Nicole Lindley's role as Assistant Sales Manager has transitioned with the company's needs, and she has responded with adaptability and resourcefulness. When asked to devote all of her time to training new Sales Professionals, her patience was unfailing. At other times, she focused on providing exemplary customer service to clients calling with questions and requests. Currently, Nicole spends most of her time acquiring new accounts, and in doing so with ease and consistent good cheer, she provides inspirational guidance for the Sales Team.

Tell us about the company you work for- Ideal Positions.

Ideal Positions offers a plethora of services to assist business owners with successfully capturing new online clients. On a personal note, this company has not only defined my professional vocation, but it has also provided my extended family.

Explain one of your biggest client success stories.

A realtor client of mine, working in St. Augustine, Florida, called me one day to excitedly share that she was opening another brokerage office. She credited the high volume of traffic, sent to her website by our services over the last two years, as the reason for her success. She then sold that brokerage and retired early!

How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?

Customer service is what sets us apart from all the similar companies out there. When you call or email, we drop everything to assist you. You will always have a direct line to call without automated phone systems to muddle through.

What motivates you at work?

I am motivated to help businesses all over America. I feel a personal success and achievement when my clients reap the benefits of our service. And simply put, my clients are fun to talk to! I learn a lot from conversations with such diverse clients, people from all walks of life and all over the country.

Why do you enjoy working at Ideal Positions?

I have worked at Ideal Positions for almost five years. This group of individuals are my extended family. The amount of humor, heart, and intelligence in this office is what motivates me. Every task or goal here is pursued with group effort without the cutthroat environmnent that often accompanies sales professions.

Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?

In my free time I work on creative projects. Inspired by sculptors such as Marina Bychkova and Julien Martinez, I sculpt with polymer clays. I also paint Indonesia, Egyptian, and Russian-inspired figures and scenes. To keep fit, I take zumba, pilates, kettlebell, and tribal bellydance classes. When outdoors, my husband and I enjoy local kayaking on the Mad River and Whiskeytown Reservoir, and crystal mining in Montana and California. I also attend peace and harmony festivals whenever the opportunity arises.

State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?

Here are two: I would love to become a certified Pilates instructor, and I hope to volunteer in an animal rescue center.
