Ideal Positions has been a wonderful company to work for. We offer a remarkable and unique service that sets us apart from other companies in our industry. The people that work here are amazing and talented, I feel proud to be a part of this company!

Explain one of your biggest client success stories.

It is hard to pick just one client among many. One testament that stands out came from a personal trainer that told me that without our services, he would have had to close his doors two years ago. It feels extremely gratifying to know that I made the difference that saved this client's business.

How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?

Customer service is a very important part of my job. If a client has a need or question, I make it a priority to get that need met as quickly as I can. If I do not have an answer right away, I will make sure I get one!

What motivates you at work?

My biggest motivation at work, and in life in general, is to provide for and ensure the happiness of my daughter. Beyond that, I love knowing that we offer a service that can really change and improve someone's business. The fulfillment I experience when a client calls to tell me how I have helped them or how our service has worked for them is my ultimate goal here.

Why do you enjoy working at Ideal Positions?

I enjoy working at Ideal Positions because of the sense of closeness amongst the staff. The people here make it a pleasure to come to work each day. Rather than being competetive and cutthroat, we encourage and cheer each other on. Another thing that I love about this job is the opportunity to speak with and meet people across the US and Canada that I otherwise never would have had.

Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?

My favorite past time is spending time with my beautiful daughter. Photography is my second biggest passion, and I am lucky to live in an area that is filled with photo opportunites everywhere because of its great natural beauty. I enjoy taking dance classes such as samba and zumba, spending time at the river and beach, and overall, just being in sunshine and nature.

State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?

My goal is to someday travel the world. A dream of mine has always been to go to Spain. I love experiencing new cultures, eating new foods and meeting new people!
