Explain one of your biggest client success stories.

One of my greatest client stories is about a Surf Instructor in Santa Monica. It was very important to him to aggressively compete with another surf instructor in the area. With the help of our services he was able to market himself in a way he couldn't do on his own. He enjoyed a successful summer season and then stayed with us for the off season. He even recommended our service to several of his friends.

How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?

I do everything to make sure the needs of my clients are met. I choose to stay at the office later than most customer service representatives so I can be available to my clients that have hard-to-accommodate schedules. I personally follow-up with every phone call and email I receive, as well as continue to educate myself so my clients know they are receiving the most up-to-date information and I can be prepared for any questions they throw at me.

What motivates you at work?

I am motivated at work by the team around me. Every single employee of Ideal Positions contributes to our overall success and is very encouraging no matter what! I strive to be the best for myself and the company, as my integrity is my most valuable asset, and working for a company with such high integrity constantly pushes me to grow and learn. My children are a source of inspiration and my success directly affects them. I want them to be proud of their mother and the career she has chosen.

Why do you enjoy working at Ideal Positions?

I love working at Ideal Positions because it allows me to help businesses grow. As a former Dance Studio Owner, I understand the struggles of a small business and how hard it is to get ahead of the larger companies. This company makes me feel proud to help entrepreneurs grow their dreams and their name recognition. Nothing feels better than to have a happy client on the other end of the phone and to know I had a hand in creating their joy and success.

Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?

My passion is Tribal Bellydance! I have been dancing for 10 years and have had the privilege of teaching and performing in several states around the country. I am a pioneer of the Dark Fusion form and am hoping to make my first instructional video by the summer of 2012. I love that Ideal Positions recognizes and respects the hard work I put into my dance career and is a great support. I love to teach weekly and at festivals; my students are constantly teaching me new lessons and giving me new things to strive for. Dance is my life and has carried me through so many hard times, I am grateful to have it to turn to.

State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?

Ever since I was a little girl I have had the dream of being famous and touching lives. I want to be a household name across the country for contributing something worthwhile to the world. I have come close with my dancing, and have gotten many letters from all over the world from women that claim I have helped change their body image and empowered them. My dream is to continue to empower people any way I can and to build my own name recognition the world over.
