Tell us about the company you work for- Ideal Positions.

Ideal Positions' main office is located on the northern coast of California, where our famous redwood trees meet up with the Pacific Ocean. Some of the services we provide include: flat-fee month to month search engine marketing, pay-per-click management, and website development and design.

Explain one of your biggest client success stories.

It is difficult for me to name just one client's success story. I have worked at Ideal Positions for over five years now and have represented hundreds of clients in a wide variety of professions. I have worked with realtors, doctors, dentists, lawyers, vacation rental specialists, dog breeders, sauna dealers... to name just a few. What I can say is that many of my clients have had success expanding their business due to the increase in inquires they receive from the services we provide.

How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?

I am honest and straight forward with all of my clients. I pride myself on not being a pushy salesperson, and I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. Regardless of the monthly fee they pay to the company, I treat all of my clients as if they were my most important one. Remaining professional, honest, and focused on my client's best interest are the keys to forging a successful business relationship.

What motivates you at work?

Personally, being a positive role model for my daughter and making sure my family is taken care of. Professionally, I love talking to my clients! I have learned so much from them over the years. A lot of my business relationships have turned into lifelong friendships with clients all across the country.

Why do you enjoy working at Ideal Positions?

I would be lying if I didn't say the hours are perfect for juggling work and family life! But on a more serious note, I enjoy working for and representing a company that is true to its word. It's also nice to hear the success stories of continued growth from my clients, especially during recessions.

Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?

While spending time with my daughter is on the top of my list, I also enjoy: going to the river, lake and beach, going camping and hiking, taking walks, riding bikes, and visiting with friends and family. Watching movies, coloring and playing board games with the family cheer up any rainy day. (We happen to have a lot of those days here in Humboldt County.)

State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?

I have many, many dreams, goals and hopes for the future. The ones that overshadow all others are: to be happy and healthy, to be a great mother, and to never take life for granted, for you never know what tomorrow has in store for you.
