Ideal Positions is an internet marketing company nestled in the heart of the redwoods in Northern California.

Explain one of your biggest client success stories.

I have been representing clients at Ideal Positions since 2006. These successful clients compete in many different professions, and include: lawyers, realtors, electricians, plumbers, hvac specialists, dentists, mechanics, pet sitters, locksmiths, retailers and many more. To name only one would be difficult, not to mention unfair to the rest of my loyal clients. You know who you are. I love you all!

How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?

I answer every call and return all my messages asap. I'm informative and I shoot straight. My clients who spend $90 per month are just as important to me as my clients who spend six figures per month. Each and every one of my clients know I will bend over backwards for them to ensure they receive the best possible service from Ideal Positions.

What motivates you at work?

At Ideal Positions, my clients' success represents my success. My success ensures my family is provided for. If at the end of the day, I've provided a competitive edge for a client's business and my family is being cared for, I am satisfied.

Why do you enjoy working at Ideal Positions?

Simply put, I enjoy the people I work with. Our office is an upbeat, energetic, happy place every day. We are a team. Everybody works together for the common good of our clients and each other. Many of us have longevity with the company and therefore, we have grown close like family. We laugh and kid together, sometimes at each other's expense, just like family would. We have also held each other up during personal trials. Through the years this has bonded us together like brothers and sisters. It is so easy to come to work here every day.

Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?

I am, of course, passionate about my family and enjoy any activity that includes them, particularly in the outdoors: hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles (both street and dirt). I love to travel and would like to see more of the United States. I am most certainly a Patriot. I enjoy watching my kids play football, basketball and other sports. I love the smell of BBQ and fresh cut grass on a sunny afternoon. In addition I make and sell my own jewelry.

State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?

After I marry the love of my life, I hope to one day buy a large piece of property in the hills fairly close to town. On it we will build a mid-size house and a large shop filled with recreational toys, all sitting at the end of a very long driveway.
