Ideal Positions is centered around the growth of our clients' businesses, as well as the growth of our staff's knowledge of the services we have to offer. I have never worked in an environment as fun and professional as Ideal Positions. This company goes out of their way to be the best and I am proud to work for a firm with this much motivation to continually aspire to reach higher levels.
Explain one of your biggest client success stories.
I believe all of my clients' stories include a certain amount of success. One particular client sold homes in the northern neck of Virginia. Within two weeks she sold three houses! When she asked each of her new customers how they found her, they all said she was on the top of the major search engines!
How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?
I will always go the extra mile for even the smallest requests, and I invest a titanic amount of energy into every client. Each professional I work with deserves this attention and great customer service.
What motivates you at work?
When I get a call from a client I work with and they relay to me the success they have had from our service, I become ecstatic. I have this drive to witness success, whether it be my own or the success of others. This keeps me going in life and at Ideal Positions.
Why do you enjoy working at Ideal Positions?
I have a passion to succeed in life. I know at Ideal Positions my success is valued not only by me, but also by the clients I represent. This is what I enjoy the most about Ideal Positions.
Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?
I am an avid musician. There is nothing more soothing than sitting on my back porch jamming on my classical guitar!
State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?
I plan on running a fishing charter business off the coast of Maui when I retire. I constantly dream of getting paid to pull in huge Marlin!
