As the Lead Web Developer at Ideal Positions, it is Ashley's job to ensure that our clients reap the full benefits of all of our marketing services from their websites. Ashley's frequent duties include quality score optimization, web consultation, web development, graphic design, database programming, and technical support. With over ten years of experience in the internet and design industry, it is his goal to be the information technology expert that our clients can turn to for real world results in the internet marketing realm. Ashley's innate strong moral code and high standards for professionalism do not allow him to be anything but upfront and straight-forward with clients, and to be a perfectionist with the work they request, no matter what the scale of the project.

How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?
I help provide great customer service by being available to my clients whenever they need me. Our Web Development Department is exceptionally responsive to customer's needs, and we can take care of most requests within one business day. Getting the work done right, and right away is how I provide excellent customer service.
What motivates you at work?
I firmly believe that if you are going to do something, it is worth doing right. I take the same approach with all of our development projects. If a customer has requested we do a job, I approach it from every angle to make sure the work is done thouroughly.
Why do you enjoy working at Ideal Positions?
The people I work with are motivated, intelligent, and thoughtful; working with them allows me to focus on doing my job to the best of my ability. I enjoy working here at Ideal Positions because they bring out the best in my work!
Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?
I am an outdoorsman! If I am not in the office working, I am most likely outside playing disc golf, spending time at the river, or at the beach enjoying the sun and temperate rainforest climate of Humboldt County.
State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?
One day I hope to have a stamp in my passport from every country in the world, along with a photo album that I can share!
