Ideal Positions is a website marketing company based out of Arcata, California. I have worked for many companies before, and I can honestly say that Ideal Positions is the best company I have ever worked for.
Explain one of your biggest client success stories.
John LaValle was a very skeptical individual running his own PPC marketing account. Since he's joined our family, his revenue has doubled!
How do you help create excellent customer service for clients?
Our customer service is second to none. I'm very proud that I can under-promise and over-deliver. I never promise anything I can't deliver on.
What motivates you at work?
I am motivated everyday that I can help someone out with their advertising. Our clients say to me, "Wow, you guys are unbelievable!". It drives me to help more and more people.

Because of our awesome team of staff members at the company! We're able to have fun while still getting the job done.
Tell us about your current or past passions outside of work?
I fish as often as I can! My partner, Patty Ann and I love playing outdoors together.
State a "pie-in-the-sky" dream/goal/hope of yours?
I'd like to be able to retire young, and captain my own charter boat. I want to travel around the world with my beautiful partner, spending my days grilling the catch of the day.
